• UNIX Admin performs day to day operational activities of all UNIX Servers.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting financial statements and company assets & liabilities management with maintaining of the organization’s general ledger and related accounting practices, including payables, inventories, fixed assets, foreign currency and taxes.
• Assure that accounting records are prepared and maintained in accordance with the organization’s accounting policies, chart of accounts and related accounting principles and practices, and that subordinate ledgers reconcile with the general ledger.
• Prescribe methods of providing accounting data for various reports and statements where the need does not follow the normal content of accounts.
• Interpret for all decentralized components of the accounting function, the organization’s general accounting systems and procedures, including those for accounts receivable and payable, taxes.
• Direct maintenance of fixed asset records and related depreciation accounts; provides interpretative assistance as to the proper capitalization/ expensing of outlays and grouping of fixed assets by class, as well as depreciation methodology.
• Collaborate with management to develop schedules, procedures, and systems to enable the timely and informative accumulation, adjustment, and reporting of financial data.
• Ensure all financial recordings are accurate and manage internal/external financial audits.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5 years of related working experience as a Finance Manager

• Internationally recognized accounting qualification (MIA, CPA, CIMA, ACCA)
