other offices in the region are located in Singapore, Hong Kong,
Indonesia and Thailand. Our call centre employs around 400 staff and to
aid our expansion, we are looking for individuals with initiative and
drive to join our team in our Malaysian office.

Responsibilities:
- To analyse sales data and business information
- To generate weekly/monthly tracking reports
- Review business unit's performance against set objectives
- Recommend sales promotion and marketing campaigns to win business and maintain customer loyalty
- To analyse and design sales incentives to achieve sales targets
- Detail oriented, independent, proactive and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree /Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mathematics or equivalent
- Candidate should have at least 2 year(s) of working experience as an analyst
- Must be well verse with Microsoft Access and Excel applications
- Preferably Executives specializing in Actuarial Science/Statistics or equivalent
